I was just totally derpy as can be in Wod as healer...

Had one of those distractions happen that you have to get up for a second and died on the first mobs. Got level 100 death on AM since I was the target and people didn't move. Had another distraction and just didn't make it out of the red/white right after the mobs did their "eyes on me" aoe, and died because weakness. May have died one more time.

Lucky though the whole team was like that, tank not stunning things, standing in slabber not mini'd. Actually at least 3 people did that. A blm that stood as far away as possible and didn't dodge anything, a loldrg, etc. So I think my morning derps were lost in the mix. At the start, I was like "OMG, I played better my first day."



Also: Atleana, you were in the right to kick, I wouldn't put too much stock in what Mei says, just look at some of her other posts. She gets contrary over strange things and I think its a language barrier thing.

no is not what I am saying. What I am saying is. The DPS that came into the dungeon while his concentration is elsewhere is putting or possibly puting an extra pressure on the heal. Why ' because while he or she is looking into another screen to get out of an aoe in that other screen she is not looking at the present screen which she may stand in heavy aoes or what not forcing the healer to heal someone that does nothign and eats every and other aoes. She said that she would divert for 5 seconds but I dont believe that, is only her words afterall right ?.

So after a few times doing that healing, I would drop the healing too...why should I heal someoen that is useless since not interested in what is going on in the run ?

Well for me, if a dps or healers are multitasking like that I don't mind as long as it doesn't hinder the party performance. As a tank I don't mind slow dps, it gives me more time to do that other things. XD

Er... lol? What are you even on about here? What attitude? The healer was literally not even healing them through unavoidable damage and the party was wiping as a result of that action (or rather inaction, in this case). I'd say a vote kick was not only warranted, but well deserved. I'm baffled by the fact that you think that a healer should be allowed to stay in the party when they aren't even meeting the absolute minimum requirements for the job they queued as.

Which was a complete non-issue as they didn't even tab over to the other game the entire dungeon.

Healz was being salty over absolutely nothing.

I've just woken up, so I'm not sure at all if you were serious here. But just a heads up, you can see the stats at the vendor, or add them up in ariyala, and know exactly which stats optomize best. But you also only even need to meld, especially with that kind of planning, if you are raiding, in which case, you need the stats asap, not 10 weeks down the road.

Then there is that by the ti.e you have all the lore gear, you will start upgrading it to 240, losing the materia faster as well. Better to wait until upgrade if thats your plan.

Yeah I'm not a raider so I'm not in a huge rush, nor do I have anyone demanding me so to speak on how I can/should handle the gear, and I never did figure out how to use Ariyala lol...

Lol this is a first...my lore gear isn't even melded yet, I'm not doing it until I have all the pieces in order to see where I need stat improvements..because ya know..logics? If this came off as something other than agreeing with the OP sorry, I meant it as a not everyone melds right away, agreement sorta thing.

Honestly, just throw some Tier IV crit materia in wherever you can add crit. When you can't add crit, add det.

If you aren't raiding, the accuracy cap shouldn't be an issue.

Yeah I'm not a raider so I'm not in a huge rush, nor do I have anyone demanding me so to speak on how I can/should handle the gear, and I never did figure out how to use Ariyala lol...

You just click on the gear piece in your set, and once you select all, it has the totals at the bottom. If all you do is dungeons and minor stuff, you can go around and have a bit of fun with it. I don't really optomize my NIN for example, its a fall back dps, that I won't be running serious stuff with any time soon, so I put a Vit V in each of the acc, and have an 18K hp ilvl 221 NIN.

Really trying to optomize down to the nth degree is only needed for progression raiders, for more casual people, you don't even need materia, but I would just look at some of the stats that are better for your class and grab those as long as you aren't going over the cap.

Lmao, reminds me of a DRG my friend saw in DF earlier today with 20k HP cause he was using a Fending accessory.
