My WHM ages ago I miss that outfit, kicking my arse I got rid of it.

Depending which outfit that is - if it's the artifact gear just visit a calamity salvager. if it's the ilvl 90 version there are a few dungeons you can run which reward "Antique" Helmet, Chest, belt, Gloves, Pants and Boots which can be traded in for the ilvl 90 recolors of the Artifact Armor.

If for whatever you can't/won't do either of those..then I am sorry for your loss.
