    Fast Cast II Can I Have It? Yes Please.

    Fast Cast II is a must have for higher levels. Damn mobs die before getting spell off in a party. I have done so many R40 Leves as Thaumaturge and Conjurer just standing there doing nothing but healing.

    I can't say that Fast Cast really made a difference, it needs to be more powerful.

    Why are you apologizing?^ It's not a question of noticing it or not. It's a matter of DoM still can't get off half their spells BEFORE the mob drops dead. Why? Because in FF14 we zerg the enemy!

    that 20% is so useless sometimes, with the amount of delays it doesnt affect and then the fact that it knocks off like 1 second in total to most spells as nothing is a long cast, even AM as usless as it is, is not a long cast, and most people just chainspell Raise. Probably only good when you profundity.
