yeah, that's the one exception, I think. Sometimes you can get in right before maintenance starts or right after it ends. Though the window to get in doesn't stay open for long

It isnt a guarantee, most of those windows are shut, but once in awhile you find an opening for about 5 minutes. It was enough time for me to make 3 characters before it shut. lol lol

Just need to have a character already created and saved and ready to go. It is hard but can be done. had to do this to get my Neice onto Leviathan to marry Whispering
