I wonder if it's Gelmorran or Amdapori in design design/ architecture? I'm leaning more toward Amdapori due to how the torches and as well as that boss arena looks very Amdapori.

Assuming it's from Amdapor, it confirms they worshipped Nophica, at least.

It's also possible that this area could have been a later Amdapori creation/ proto-Gelmorran? Built before the flood and acted more like a shelter during times of war?

As for the entrance, I wonder if it's that one underground Gelmorran ruin (where we did a quests for those duskwight archaeologists) just outside Buscaroon Druthers? Maybe it's the Gelmorran ruins in the North Shroud where A-Towa Can is buried? It does have alot of doors that could be potential entrances
