Any word on inventory expansion?

Just got back to playing the game again after being gone for a while, but the first thing I've ended up having to do is work on inventory clean up so I'm not paying for a third retainer every month. I know a while back there was some talk about trying to find ways to expand the inventory system, but I haven't seen anything since then and I've been absent from the forums for a while.
