Yes because nothing is more fun and exciting than getting 1 shot by someones low level twink.

Even provided they screw up the balance to the point that's possible, which, I'm not saying they honestly won't. I mean... Not exactly the most spotless of track records... The joys of the Armory system means that you could just as easily make a twink too, unless you're already all 60, in which case, you wouldn't be in the twink bracket anyway.
Either way, would more PvP options really be a bad thing? Give us a... let's call it 20-59 bracket, and give a sizeable amount of EXP for it, say, a third of a dungeon's worth? It would give leveling players another option besides the mindless dungeon slog, or a mindless Fate/Leve slog for their alt classes. Just require completion of "My Little Chocobo", so that nobody gets shafted by not having a mount for Frontline, even the brand new players, and go from there. It's not like it can split the PvP community any more, since it's not like they were queuing for 60 content by leveling an alt anyway, and it might draw more people into the 60 stuff once they get that high.
No, personally I would love it. I would actually level a second character, I think. I just think that this feature is a pipe dream currently, and is a fun thing to dream about at most. Right now, I just think the PVP scene is far too infantile to consider putting what little PVP development time we have into a system like this. Also, there is no doubt in my mind that the feature would be implemented poorly and be very exploitable to an extent that people would just not do it, which sort of stems from that twink comment I made.
It's the whole chicken and the egg problem, though. The PvP scene is infantile because there's not enough enjoyable PvP to bring in people. But because it doesn't bring in people, they don't make more PvP. What they have is a start... But they really didn't bring any of it up to 60, so only a few modes give relevant rewards. The Fold died because of Secure, and later Slaughter. Secure/Slaughter died because of Seize. Seize has died, because the Feast is GC free, and you don't have god awful queues, just for being on the popular GC. But Feast itself gives you only a few choices. You can do the clown fiesta that is 8v8, or you can hop into 4v4, and end up with angry players.
None of this is attractive to any but the most hardcore PvPers... or those looking for easy Esos, but that's a whole other can of worms. So we don't bring in the new players. As such, there's no focus on it, so no new modes to bring in the new players... So there's no focus...
If SE would actually create PvP that was worthwhile, even for the most casual of PvPers, then we could attract enough players to make PvP more than an afterthought. But, we don't have that attraction, so we go back to "Nobody PvPs." When in reality, even in a game like this, there are PvPers, they just don't want to do our current state of PvP.
