A few helpful healer(AST) Macros

It depends on the situation, but as a general rule I'd say that fraction of a second spent delaying your Attunement could be the difference between life or death. I find that higher skilled players will switch off of me when I attune, with full knowledge that I will come out soon, and promptly switch back, so delaying the use of the card would be more optimal, as then I have a second to decide if I want to buff myself or another (for bole).

Although, what it boils down to is that what I've posted simply works for me. By all means, if you think it will be better for you to use the combined macro, I encourage you to try it out.

Thanks for your thoughts. I've tried it out and it's been working fine, but I think after this talk it's worth separating the two for the long run like you've said. Sure, it's a small change in effectiveness, but that's probably a couple more wins in my future compared to if I stuck to my old method.

I guess in general I have difficulty with having the proper mindset when it comes to cards. It's what defines our uniqueness and can apparently make or break games, but at the same time, I can't help but feel like they're inherently weak and barely make any difference unless they're boosted. Because of this, I tend to trash a lot of cards trying to fish for a good combo, potentially destroying my net gain from everything I throw away.

Primal is a pretty small data center PVP wise compared to Aether. Took almost a week just to weed out the bronze from the top 100 lol. That being said im sure there will be more gold players later on its just gonna take longer here because of the population as well as the lower quality of players compared to the more hardcore data centers. Platinum and diamond (solo queue wise) on the other hand lol.............

Its a bit tricky to use but basically instead of clicking your target you hover over the target to disable.
The good thing about doing it this way is if your healing a party member the <mo> command makes it so you never leave your target when healing.

(so for example click party mate to heal through burst, hover over dragoon disable. Even though you Disabled you are still clicked on your party mate thanks to <mo>)

Of course the downside of using <mo> for disable is sometimes if your opponents are too clustered together you might Disable the wrong thing (like a healer) to aid with the macro I use "Highlight Potential targets" so I know thanks to the yellow outline that what i'm moused over is the correct target.
