What country is wrongly spelled here? o_O
I believe a lot of people are missing and injured in near Kumamoto, in the Kyushu prefecture. There is also a lot of property damage; so I hope there is a swift recovery.

I see! Well, I'm going to offer my help rather than flames to the OP since the intention is beautiful to say the least and I fully support her.
Starting with the title, it should go something like this: Our heart goes out to the people of Japan. You can either say "people of Japan" or "people from Japan" or even "people in Japan", but change "are" (verb: to be, e.g. I am, you are etc) to "our" together with the correct form "goes" referring to the singular form of "heart".
Next, the post itself:
I'd like to wish our prayers to the people in Japan, for losing their life in yesterday's earthquake, aswell as the people in Ecuador.
Applying the rules mentioned before, we change "are" to "our" and correct a few mistakes grammarwise.
I genuinly hope this is of any help to you, friend, as I, myself, am not a native english speaker either and appreciate any help that can teach me better. I probably made a few mistakes here too but I hope it's of better understanding.

I will pray for everyone in Japan tonight
