Petition Against Ifrit Weapon Designs

I'd just like to point out that the "it's fantasy" argument isn't very good. You don't give someone a miniature windmill and try to pass it off as an axe just because it's fantasy. A windmill doesn't look like a weapon and some of this Ifrit stuff don't look like weapons.

Ya I agree with u Xion. These weapons are so out of place with the entirety of the current game design, its ridiculous.

Did they call in Blizzard to help them with the workload on the patch?

The patterns on the weapons resemble Ifrit, obviously once you defeat him you just hack the bastard up and make weapons out of his horns and limbs lol, and they are huge compared to your character. Makes sense to me, I don't see how you can say that one weapon has a superior design to another, since they are all created with the same style in mind. As for the bow, have you noticed that there are giant bows in the game already? They're called longbows. I actually thought that the conjurer and thaumaturge weapons were very mild in comparison, but I guess someone has a problem with everything.

I was thinking the exact same thing! The weapons resemble the creature they came from, it makes sense. Everyone needs to get their heads out of their butts and stop complaining about every little new addition.. Seriously, complaining about NEW and UNIQUE weapons? Really???

this thread is beyond ridiculous. if you don't like it don't like the way something looks don't use it. i personally think jester's hats look like sh*t. therefore, i don't use them. ITS THAT EASY PEOPLE. if you don't like the weapons... DON'T USE THEM. don't use anything. just log out and go make your own sword out of cardboard or something.
