i really wish there was a tutorial of some sort for pvpers that went over various PVP skills before they were able to step into a match.

It really doesnt say ally anywhere so if you missed the cast range or you never accidently used it on ally there is really noway to know you can actually use it for others.

If it only looked something like this then everyone who reads tooltips would know how it really works.
