    Animation lock doesn't really bother me. I generally use Plunge as a reminder when to reapply Scourge.

    Plunge is actually only annoying in openings. Then i am not really bothered with that delay.

    Aaaand 0.5 delay is not a lot. its normal. paladin has 0.5. warrior has 0.5. ninja has 0.5.
    The exceptions are DRG, BLM and MCH as far as i noticed during playing.
