No body even rolls on the stuff now though. A vast majority are in there to get the weekly machi fartings and that other thing. Nearly all the loot Ive seen dropped is not rolled on by anyone and just goes away.

Yes, and the reason they don't roll is because you cant do anything with them, trade for seals,desynth or even sell at shop. The only thing u can do is discard them. So if you don't actually need to wear the item, its completely useless. If they allowed the item to be traded for seals or be desynthesized it would be rolled by everyone making it very hard for a newbie to gear up fast.

Its still a need vs greed system. If they need it run as the class they want the item as. SE didnt do this with the WoD stuff.

Queues for some classes are still better than others (like in my experience tanks and healers actually have a worse queue time in Void Ark than most other places due so so few being needed) so it can be preferable for someone to run as another class knowing that other people are unlikely to lot on the items they don't need.
