So the tldr: Haurchefant (w/e) is now Sir Aymeric basically. Can we have a replacement feels for Lady Iceheart? (Assuming you won't bring her back as most of the character's I happen to love who die X( )

Look, just get a bunch of ice crystals together and summon Shiva again, that's the closest you'll get to the real thing anyway.
