    Actually, Gordias (the first Alex) is Midas' father (hence, Alex Gordias being 'xx of the father' and Alex Midas being 'xx of the son' in DF). The 2 are tied to Alexander (the Great) in that Gordias tied an ox-cart to a tree with an intricate know that no one managed to untie (which is where Gordian Knot comes from), until Alexander the Great a couple hundred years later popped over and just cut the thing rather than trying to untie it.

    Not to mention that Alexander being traditionally holy aspected could also allow the 3rd tier to reference the Holy Spirit, and thus the Trinity
