    Which is highly redundant, we had 3.25 implemented roughly 2 weeks ago, they should have included these PvP changes in that patch as well.

    They did make pvp adjustments.
    But they were pretty drastic, so they wanted to give people more pregame to get used to that before diving right in to where it counts.
