Spent today a little under 2 hours in dungeons, those two hours consisted of... two Aurum Vale runs

Been doing Thordan Ex farm for quite some time.. probably 150 over runs, and yes there are the fair share of people who make mistakes, but I normally give them the benefit of doubt unless they repeatedly do it as if they didnt learn anything from the previous death.

Rarely meet snarky idiots until today, or at least didnt see this person make a snarky comment before because I remember seeing this person around =) So.. this person dies multiple times, but the other 7 of us did well.. 1st wipe was due to p9 (or was it p8)'s Ser Zephirin's swipe causing us to die (not enough dps on him, that 8th guy was dead and dead dps is no dps).

We start off 2nd round, and this guy continues to blunder at the easiest of mechanics (for people of farm calibre at least, no offense to the learning people out there). He died twice even before p3. I did a emote on him but IMO perfectly nothing to get all rude about because in all seriousness, pretty sure everyone "failed to understand" that kind of mistakes.




I was laughing because I wanted to say "college*" , but i'd prefer to concentrate on the fight. The other healer (I was whm) prolly got pissed too and didnt rezz him at all. Managed to clear it with 7man thx to Echo buff.

Edit: sorry forgot to censor the other guys' name on the first line but it wasnt him, he's just some other member in the party.

I was in cutter's cry and people kept wiping. we got to the last boss and healer and DRG died early in. I'm BLM so I was healing/DPSing and we did it easy. Everyone said "Thanks it was all thanks to you" etc. But no commendations. >8C Kind of upset but oh well.

As you can see, the WHM was just using random healing spells instead of DPSing, so I didn't even brother singing.

I think I was my own horror story the other day. I went into leveling roulette on Dragoon hoping for a pre-50 dungeon but got the Aery. So I'm not the best dragoon (or even close) and I am still getting used to the post 50 rotation with Dragon's Blood and Fang and Claw and how they work together. So my dps is not the best. That being said, I was still pulling aggro throughout the dungeon, even with elusive jump. But it was mostly fine until we got the final boss, and wiped the first time because the adds weren't killed fast enough. On the second try, we got it but the tank didn't step into the bubble and died, and then Nidhogg was on everyone and we all died. The other dps dropped, the healer called out the tank on not getting in the bubble, the tank dropped, and then the healer left too. Luckily the party filled back in and we killed Nidhogg easily. But I learned my lesson and won't hit any dungeons until I feel more confident that I'm not being carried.
