    Has anyone solo healed A5S?

I ask because currently, I'm dpsing 95% of the fight, only turning off cleric to do a succor for preys and AoE tank buster. This leaves me wondering if this would be beneficial (or possible) to solo heal as a noct Astrologian or something? That way you could easily shield the preys, give buffs, and still have cooldowns for the painful phases.

    Anyone have any experience?

    Thanks for the video.

Anyone have any tips for specific parts as scholar or AST solo? I want to try this with my group.

I started to wonder this as well if our group can clean up and have less deaths. Our Scholar is just spot healing right now (and fairy). I think the biggest scrunches are going to be when the AE breathing lion is out. I always use Synastry during that part. You should Synastry and shield the MT and then focus heal the offtank. While being prepared to pop an early aspected helios to ward off any miss direction of the breath at the start of aggro. The second tough portion is going to be the piggy add phase. What our group figured out is if the healers stay closer to the middle for piggies, and the offtank stays near, he can clear his add with DPS, and then aggro all the piggies. This tends to leave me with One AOE heal, and then power healing the offtank (with the piggies) and topping off the maintank. The last set of adds is best if you pop a disable on the add, Synastry and shield the maintank and power heal the offtank.

I think technically if you execute like the above solo healing as an Astro should be very viable.

I'm up in the air if I want to try it when my group runs next and if I should do it as Scholar or Astro. Scholar seems like it'd do fine with Eos, but Noct astro has good cooldowns for burn phases. The people in that video did it with a scholar too but their DPS seemed less than stellar...and they all died at the end >.>.

I know what you mean. 5 full DPS and still got the first Prey....

If you have the DPS and the gear, maybe bank on getting the win before the piggies come out. That would simplify it on any healer. If you can push it that hard though I think that NoctAst would have the edge on party DPS. It would probably be best there too to just have the MT take both the boss and Chimera and have the OT DPS. The Chimera would die so fast anyway, and both SCH and AST excel at single target heals.
