Players can't ban other players. It's the job of the GM's to investigate our reports and determine if someone is hacking.

Accusing someone of something doesn't make them guilty, it also doesn't make them innocent.

People are gonna report people for hacking, even when they aren't hacking, especially in competitive online games. This is nothing new. If you feel like a player should feel bad because a couple of random players on reddit said they were speed hacking then that's a bigger problem.

If the player in question knows they don't hack, they have nothing to worry about from a GM investigation, and with so many players hacking a lot of people do need to be investigated.

You can't change people. It's been like this forever and is a problem with the English speaking audience on multiple games. Our community will always be toxic, especially in PvP.

Now our choices are to either be hurt by it or not. Reddit isn't even policed by our moderators so what do you hope to accomplish with this? There's literally zero we can do about this unless said harassment happens in the game.
