Actually, darklight sets were made dyeable after they became dungeon drops.

Yeah, Darklight were originally dungeon drops in 1.# where they were effectively class AF and not dyeable, then in 2.0 they were made the first tome gear and still not dyeable. It was only during their second run as a dungeon drop that they were finally made dyeable. This is not precedence given their first time as a drop was as a static color, their change to dyeable is an exception.
