    Nah, it's free, you can meld the materias yourself.

    Edit: oh you mean the weapon required as the catalyst? Well it depends on the person. But I think people are kind enough to meld it for you for free, as long as you have all the required items.

    What are the other materials needed? I wasn't aware there was more than the specific materia needed aha

    Well, assuming you are playing a PLD, then if I remember correctly, you need 1 Aeolian Scimitar and 2 battledance materia III. Have someone meld the materias for you.
    Edit: Don't forget to bring 2 pieces of grade 3 catalysts for the materia melding.
