    Players have given tons of helpful suggestions over the years. Force pop NM's in tiers, bring back fraction leves (leves where you pop really tough NM's in tiers with different paths, this was in 1.x) , 8 man dungeons with different paths and such, expanding on diadem making it more about exploring, and so forth. Yet none of these suggestions are ever taken into consideration and its just the same formula over and over again.

    Also interesting stats on gear that was supposed to come since 3.0...hmm, still no sign of it.

    There is never any replies to these sort of threads from the devs so I am really thinking this is a lost cause and it is going to stay the same. Only glamour and minions and so forth gets replies... :/

    Again, my point is if you are releasing smaller amounts of quality content you won't get suicide inducing dungeons like neverreap, i mean of course everyone has different opinions on what defines 'quality' but right now dungeons are nothing but reskins of previous ones. There is nothing new or interesting about any that come out.

    For example, T9, while I know it's not to everyones taste a lot of people I know (mainly end game raiders) will say that fight was just perfect. The mechanics, the music, the environment was all spot on. I have cleared that fight over 300 times from before echo to when max echo was in helping people in the FC get clears or even random PF parties. I NEVER got bored of it. I mean sure if i was doing it for 3 hours in a single session I might have enough, but give a few days I'd happily go in to help someone out. That is what I'm saying by quality. Something we all find fun to do, everything does tend to lose its charm after you spam it 300 times, but a general pool of 5-8 QUALITY dungeons, would be so much better than a pool of 30 head smashingly boring dungeons where your only hope is that you get the fastest one so you don't have to waste another minute on them.

    Personally for me, I don't hate it AS much as others. I quit about the time it came out and I only just came back. I didn't run it enough to hate it on the level some people do. However it still has the same problems most dungeons do, too much time spent killing trash mobs, not enough time killing boss mobs.

    As I said in a previous post, dungeons right now are just hollow shells whose length is inflated by trash mobs, I'd rather see an increase in the boss mobs and a decrease in the trash and an overall 10 minutes shaved off the average dungeon time. That for me would put them in a good position and be a start to improving them. Alternatively, if you're going to continue to put more trash mobs in there, stop gating them behind platforms and walls that only go after I've killed them so I can go in there with a pre-made group and pull the entire thing like we used to do with brayflox HM.

    Even if they did decide to try something new... we are likely not to see it till next expansion or some kind of content related to diadem.
    More diadem content would be cool but im prolly gonna hold out till 4.0 since my computer fried and my sub runs out this month anyway. I might not be able to post after it does so i hope this thread keeps going or people who are also tired of it keep letting the devs know with suggestions. The worst that can happen is they ignore it but i hope they atleast give them some thought. Quite a few forum ideas have been used by the devs lately actually kinda shocking. Maybe they dont know what they want to do anymore with the game either.

    Forced to do two dungeons for 3 months every single day until you get totally sick of it.

    still no raid roulette
    level 60 roulette is the most non-sense stuff on this game , like why you don't add all the level 60 dungeons on the same roulette and call it "Expert"? seriously this its dumb as hell.

    I think the issue is that if you are not a summoner, the run takes a long time on trash and the dungeon drags. I also never understood the hate, but after reading this it dawned on me:

    Neverreap is my 3rd favourite Heavensward dungeon (not saying much) after Antitower and Aetherochemical Research Facility. Personally, I really hate arboretum, pharos hard, dusk vigil, the aery and sohm al. I don't particularly like the vault or gubal library either.

    I don't think you understand what the word "forced" means. I touched Expert Roulette maybe 10 times the past 5-6 months and I've capped tomestones every week.

    All I can say to people who dislike capping tomestones is to actually enjoy playing the game. I enjoy playing FFXIV so capping isn't a chore to me, it's just a nice bonus for the fun I have for playing the game and doing content I enjoy.

    There are so many venues for Lore tomes I don't buy the forced to do expert roulette everyday. This complaint is so overdone in my view. Midas, Void, Expert, other roulettes all give lore. You also get lore from hunts both with S and new world A ranks. Expert and roulettes are only part of what i do everyday and I'm usually maxed in 3 or 4 days.

    Given I'm working on my Anima's I still run all my roulettes where ever Eso's are available and expert gives a healthy dose of them.

    The complaint is about grinding tomes - not necessarily grinding expert roulette. Capping tomestones is easy, it's not fun though
