Did this get nerfed again?

・The effect of enhanced attack power granted by certain statuses will be shared across the number of arrows nocked.


To me this means the following:

In the old system, Raging Strike gives 100 attack power (for this example).
I nock 3 arrows, each arrow gets 100 attack power for a total of 300 attack power.

In the new system, Raging Strike gives 100 attack power.
I nock 3 arrows, each arrow gets 33.3 (repeating of course) attack power for a total of 99.9 (or 100) attack power.


Is it just me or is that how it is?

Took me about five readings to come to that same conclusion. I'm guessing this means we'll either save our buffs for something else, or use them as we get them. Should be interesting. . .

Sounds fair to me.
I enjoyed doing massive damage with my archer and the whole multishot rotation pattern was fun, but there's something wrong in Light Shot being the strongest skill in game ^^'

If this is the case, what skills would you recommend using Raging/Ferocity on for the best effect? Obviously Foeseeker is great if you have nocked arrows, but what else? I think most of us expected that a nerf was coming though.

I'm an archer and I'm fine with a nerf. I mean I use a rank/level 35 weapon and still do more damage and take aggro over others with all rank/level 50 gear...so a nerf is fine.

I agree completely. I may not have an archer but my wife does and her damage is ridiculous compared to me.

I would rather other classes being boosted instead of ARC being nerfed...

Still, it's understandable when you think it will become BRD...i could already see people stacking multishot, raging and the attack/STR songs and raping mobs even harder than ARCs do now.
