Many low-level tanks (new or sync'd) should not blame the change to VIT. I can honestly say, even as a GLD, or low-level/sync'd PLD, DRK, or WAR, that I can keep enemies at me. It all comes down to how lazy/active the tank is.

I see tanks Shield Lob the first mob, Flash, then hit that same mob again. It would help them to start the combo on the next mob instead of heavily relying on Flash.
