Changing personal house to fc house?

If you just want to share it with your wife you can set her as a tenant and give her full perms which will behave pretty much the same, except your fc mates cannot use it

I would love to, but we cannot place an aether table, the "company chest" on our private house is linked to our fc chest. So we wanted to switch it to an fc house and have a sister FC to make extra fc buff crystals and extra storage. I have filled up my 8 retainers already.

I would love a GM to assist with this. It is totally not fair, that there is no warning that you cannot switch your land, again, demolishing everything inside would suck, but least being able to change the land should be allowed.

I mean you no disrespect, but there's also no indication that you would be allowed to switch it. It asks what type you want to buy it as, that's all. I've personally never seen anything from SE that implied it would be changeable, that was an assumption on your part.

That being said, I do agree with you and think it would be good if you could switch a personal house into a FC house (but not a FC house into a personal house as there should be no need for that and I can just imagine the number of issues that'd cause), but they probably won't as it'd just make it even somewhat easier to do "house sales/swaps" as it's much more attractive to someone to buy it for a fixed price WITH the house (even if they have to rethink what FC they are in).
