Would've been great to tell me how to enable it. Now run along sad little troll. I mean Lala
I admitted to not using TA if you had any reading comprehension you would know that means i stand corrrected there. But again Huton or dots did not drop no were clippedFirst off
Stop assuming your rotation is perfect
Especially so if you're this new to the game
Accept you are most likely making mistakes, and work to improve.
Take criticism, pay attention, read/watch guides
Maybe get someone in game to walk you through it
Get on voice chat and have them give you detailed rundowns, have them watch you in a fight or on a dummy
Record yourself, upload it, have people critique your play
Don't assume your absolutely awesome (not saying you are doing this) but accept that you are new and it will take time to learn. Practice practice practice.
First of all i didnt know that expanded controls L2+R2 could be enabled no one cared to mention it was an extra option. Second of all if youre this touchy over a forum post i have some advice for you - get some Sun.
Now that i've replied to all the trolls i'm done with this thread. THANKS AGAIN ARKENNE YOURE THE ONLY ONE THAT GOT IT! And thanks to the the latebloomer trolls that dropped by to show some slime.
Tribal, I know you may not read this but Darkstride's tip was legit.
The expanded crosshotbar is not a setting that goes by default, so you have to enable it in your Character Configuration option menu.
The expanded crosshotbar allows you to always see the skills of another set without going to said set specifically by pressing both triggers.
For example, I have many of my skills on set 3 and 1, usually I am on set 3 for single trigger press (L2 or R2 alone).
However I made it so pressing L2 and then R2 would show me the skills on set 1 left side, while R2 followed by L2 shows me the skills I placed on set 1 right side.
This method enables you 32 skills shortcuts without actually changing sets, which would be a split second.
Thanks. At no point was I trying to troll the thread. I had suggested the Expanded Hotbar, and the following response was "yes I do use it". I assumed he knew what I was referring to, otherwise I would have explained it more in-depth. Simply a misunderstanding. It seems the OP knows now what I was referring to and how to utilize it. Good luck with your NIN!
I play on PS4 as well, and I swear by expanded hold controls. I have a visible hotbar on my screen to constantly view my longer cooldowns- watching things this way does wonders. I recommend all controller NINs consider this advice.
Exactly this. Expanded crossbars for access to all your skills, and visible hotbars to monitor cooldowns that are not on your main crossbar. Makes like much easier.
I chose to finish Anima for the 230 weapon. I won't be able to upgrade to Torrent since I'm not Savage-savvy yet.So you just struck lvl 60 and started collecting lores, right?
Make sure to finish Midas normal, then, the item to get the lore i230 drops from the 4th floor there, but you need 7 of them and you can only get 1 a week. The weapon also costs 1k lores, so that means you can buy 1 accesory or belt + 1 pair of gloves, shoes or hat + 1 body or legs piece before saving lores for the weapon. This way you'll have the lores for the weapon on your 6th week and get your weapon early on the 7th.
You can use the dummies in the SSS feature to check up how much you've improved your DPS with your new weapon.

You don't have to do Savage to get the Torrent Kris. You can trade in 7 Midan Gears from Burden of the Son normal. However, if you haven't started collecting them already, it's a little late now.
