Sorry I like such options as they are helpful in parties a 20 gld + cure 3 makes them a pld, with nice self curing which helps out in the long run.

And I bet you never played ffxi. Levequests are glorified FOV pages which are popular in ffxi for both party and solo play. It gives you direction instead of grinding for sake of. Which is boring more so solo and alone.

I am happy with the game. I know they have room for more improvements, but overall no regrets.

ffxi wasn't a fail actually. it only had 1 server merge and only in its 7th year. FFxi was imo more fuin with a better community then say WoW or Aion. Both these mmo have piss poor communities who's help includes lol learn2play.

it's a win based on that.. but that was the good part of it. gotta remember to look at all sides.

I stopped playing in December when i hit Rank 45 with my GLA but i plan to pick up the game again once there are some interesting content updates.

Not happy with many things and not so happy with the style but still, a lot of things are promising and i have hope for the game.

I can enjoy the game but only when being in groups. If SE add more group activities and continues to promote group play I have no doubts the game will be great once content is added.

Right now I am in a waiting game, I am highly questioning the path the game is on atm with the whole "Small group" and the fact a huge chunk of the NA and a portion of the JP players want a solo multiplayer game and they are being extremely vocal about it.

Outside FFXI and EQ1, XIV is the most fun I had in a mmo to date so far, I just keep getting bored and annoyed at the other recent mmos released because I am stuck playing the whole thing alone.

Dang I wish you were on Besaid. Seems like there are groups to be had everywhere. On FFXI I felt alone, but I've had a lot of group cooperation so far on XIV.

I have an active linkshell, we do events pretty much every night for 3-4hrs. Issue is outside that time like on the weekends, you see nothing but people soloing cobylns. Almost impossible to get a good old fashion ffxi like party in the game outside of a scheduled ls event.

So basically outside the 8-midnight est time frame I gather, craft, or run laps around Uldah.

EXPECTATION: I expected something on equal terms to FFXI at minimum, at best something miles better.

DELIVERY: A big pile of feces.

And yes the game has "Potential" but because it's a horrible skeleton of a game, not because it's good or has good foundations
