    Bought mine before work; logged in after work and it wasn't there. Logged out and checked the forums for people with same issue; logged in and there it was, haha

    First time that happened with a mogstation item...
    Normally you just need to login after getting it, or if you were online relogging...
    This time you had to login and "update" your activity status with doing a dungeon!
    Teleporting alone will not solve this, but the serverchange with an instance solved the delivery delay.
    Maybe its enough to warp in and out of stonedummy training...
