There's likely some lag behind it, given it just went live. You may have to wait a while as a result. You could submit the GM ticket though, but they'll probably tell you the same thing. Doesn't hurt to try anyway.

Yea I was thinking about putting in a ticket as well, I purchased mine 12 hours ago, just got home and it's not in my mailbox.![]()

Something similar happened to me what I bought a Fantasia.

Last time I bought phantasia it took a few hours to receive in game. :s
Just to make sure, were you logged in the game when you bought it? I believe usually you want to be logged off for these sort of things and you get it when you log back in after.
