Well, for one we barely needed five quests for the first one ^^; Not to mention Lily could very well help said second fairy with the memory issues.
(Also, finding a male fairy? OMG OUR RACE IS SAVED. ^_~)
You can't unlock glamour in this game until you complete the Level 50 'Self-improving man' quest, so it's more likely the Egi glamour will be locked behind a Level 50 quest. Wouldn't surprise me if they included completion of said glamour quest as a prerequisite.
Even if you found another Fairy, you wouldn't be able to claim it because each Fairy is bound to a separate SCH jobstone, which makes it different to the Egi and Carbuncle systems. Also just because SE can change something doesn't necessarily mean they always should.

Out of pure curiosity, was it ever said how they were bound to the job stone? (Either in game or somewhere in the Lore forum or something.)
(Out of less pure curiosity, does it ever say that it's impossible for more than one fairy to be bound to one job stone?)
Well a job glamour specific action is a pretty special case, but your speculation is worth the same as anyone's.

I just wanna change my fairy back into a carbuncle.

Yes, because she takes a different form.
I never said they couldn't "find" one later (4.0+), I was responding to their comment. As of when they release the SMN egi glamours it would be against lore for SCHs to randomly get a new fairy, and Eos and Selene aren't sisters, which is why I said that. If in the future during SCH quest lines we find another fairy, or Lily is able to take a different form (which seems to be the better options because I don't think a SCH can have two fairies), then that's great, but as of now there's no way without breaking lore.
Edit: Although they technically can change lore, I highly doubt they would change something so important to SCH (and WAR) lore.

Which gives more reason why they'll gate it behind endgame (50+), as opposed to splicing it in the ARR SMN Job Quests, strengthening my point.
While I haven't exactly declared mine as fact, it's more plausible and logical over your suggestion considering the information we've been given thus far.but your speculation is worth the same as anyone's.
To my knowledge there's no information on how they bind the fearies, but merely that they are and that in order to summon one you have to have to be in possession of the soulstone they're linked to.
Well if any mods see this could you pass it along? xD Thanks
Remember that time conjurers got a mount for doing a quest at level 30, all other healers and dps are excluded, but tanks get theirs for an achievement for 50+ content? So one class got a job restricted mount at 30, others at 50 and most not at all. You're being unnecessarily over presumptious over a guessing game of speculation. Just wanted to clear that up.Which gives more reason why they'll gate it behind endgame (50+), as opposed to splicing it in the ARR SMN Job Quests, strengthening my point.

Yeah I hope so but have a suspicious feeling they didn't consider it being an option outside of summoner but here's to hope they did!
