Its not a MOBA, but this is how every game works. If you play more classes you learn how they work beside your own. This is true for EVERY single RPG ever made down and back then when people played pen and paper knowing the ins and outs of every class gave and still gives you huge advantages because even if your not playing it you know how to exploit weaknesses with them.

So not only is easier learning for new classes beneficial for you, its beneficial for you as your first 60 as well. Which makes better players.

we need this time though, if he didn't spend all that time lvling all those jobs (for how long it took) he would do something else running out of stuff to do ending up unsubbing and playing something else.
look at the new sightseeing log it's the exact opposite of the old one just find the orb and lookout over you do it in a matter of moments.

this is like the extreme opposite of the extreme we were orginally given, making both pretty redundent. we want a good balance, not oh it takes a year to lvl a job to max, or oh it takes 30 minutes as a fate lvls me up multiple times.

like the balance for raids alexander 1 took too long because the problem was gear so noone could beat it before getting the gear, this time it was easier it was beaten easier but not too easy like t12.

If leveling is the only content in the game then that is bad. You also have to spend time learning the classes even after 60. Which means instead of spending the time mindlessly doing grinds and fates to get to that level to a new class your spending it learning the ins outs and hows instead, which is MUCH funner to do.

Perhaps broaden your view a bit and when you start getting bored go do something else.
I pick the easiest and fastest ways to do something I find monotonous and boring. Fates are unfortunately the best way to 50. Then at 50-60 quests and beast tribe dailies are the best and fastest ways. I usually turn my brain off and do those, but honestly its really not fun. Running the same dungeon 12 times in a row for a level was NOT fun. It was mindless, boring, and repetitive.

I only suggested a fun improvement that would help lower the grind when you already did the grind. It would be a lot funner, to me anyways if you had an easier time leveling new classes to play them when you've already reached a max level.

I don't mind, but only a small number of people play or read the forums. Most people who play are shy to it. Forums are realisticly 5% of the population of the game, and a very vocal minority.

    LOL

As a bard, I can assure you that its not as dramatically different as you'd like to think. You learn you should position yourself in a place where you're as least likely to need to move as much as possible at 52 instead of running around the bossroom like a headless chicken doing 360s. That's about it. There's like 2 skills that you cannot use without Minuet. 2 skills does not a playstyle make! Also, while I will note that most BRDs with a remotely functioning brain will not turn Minuet off for most fights, turning it off so you can still DPS in movement heavy phases of fights (you know, like how you played before your "playstyle change" happened) is a thing.

I literally reached 60 on my SCH yesterday and I've been doing nothing but two dungeons + daily roulettes... It didn't even took a full week. That doesn't look that bad. Started on WHM a couple hours ago and it's 54 with that same formula. Plus doing dungeons you have a really high chance of running it with a first-timer, which is a huge bonus at the end.
First time bonus + company bonus + 60 bonus + food bonus + roulette bonus seems more than enough to me.

I certainly agree knowing about other classes helps you with your own but... I still see no need for the "GOTTA GO FAST" you seem to want. The leveling curve is fine where it is. They'll increase the EXP reward again in 4.0 if the level cap increases (and maybe even if it doesn't). There is still no reason to level so fast. It's not because "we did it so you have to, too", it's just....pointless to do so.

I leveled both BRD and DRG. I did not unlearn everything. WM and BD mechanics did not suddenly turn these jobs into different beasts. It simply added to them. The very fact that you are using these as examples imply that your opinions are based on what you've read and not what you've experienced.

lvling isn't the only content, but no content last forever, when you take away one grind that gives more time to do other kinds of grinds, when everything isn't a grind you run out of stuff to do.
