I thought $27 sounded a bit steep for a mount, but you also get a perfectly good drink out of it so it seems like a steal to me, especially at those prices. A bottle of water would go for $2-4 here, so Japan is has it pretty cheap too.

I work in central business district (CBD) bottle of water go for $ 4.50 so 108 yen = about $1.25
