Also again lvling to 20 is not all that heard and ppl prob bum rushed it with starter gear. Not that uncommon in mmo actually. So it isd completely understandable. Again instead of being rude help out. Help out no matter what.

Not to disagree with you, but sometimes people are just lazy, for example sometimes people ask, how do i do X or Y quest, when all they have to do is read the quest log <.<
