They would have already placed a maintenance notice if maintenance was 2 days from now. Also the more logical conclusion is that they will coincide the ability to casually obtain the lore weapons (i.e. not from Midas savage) with the relic. Given the update schedule I wouldn't expect anything higher than 230 now and 240 in 3.3.
