Alchemist recipes?

How will we be making paralyzing potions (for example) without paralyzing powder, jellyfish cnida, or black scorpions? Are a bunch of the things we make just being fully removed from the game?

Black scorpions (used to make paralyzing powder) were added to the Gathering list under Spearfishing (in multiple areas), so those are still available and players will be able to make paralyzing potions from them. While jellyfish cnida is being removed, there are alternate ways to make that same resulting item, at the same level (ALC27).

Something to consider, when the list says "items no longer used in the new recipes," it means just that - new recipes. Old recipes will continue to function as normal.
