Idea about min ilvl and unsync boss fights

You know how at the end of boss fight it shows how much time it took you to get the clear right? Well i thought it would be a nice idea to have it say who was the fastest time that clear that boss previously. I saw this for the first time in FFXI with BCNM that each time you entered it said "fastest time was X person and company with Y time" something in those lines. This would promote a little competition in PvE to have your name on something. What you guys think?

here is a better idea, remove unsync entirely and make the real item level sync an actual item level sync.

Spoken like someone that wants newer people to have a terrible time getting through completely outdated content for glamour, mounts, achievements, scrolls, and etc. Just because you don't like running stuff unsynced, that's no reason to have the feature removed entirely. You can just pretend the option doesn't exist and make your own parties for running things synced if you so desire.
