Funny, I'm arriving for a way to Max all 3. My ACC at i216 is already almost 700, my Crit is pushing 800 and my SkS and Det are both over 600.

I've heard of a SkS cap that make murdra's oGCD almost as low as the GCD, there's always a point where ACC can't help any further as with Crit and Det.

I personally don't buy the BiS crap because now that Materia can be added to tome and Raid gear (and I only meld R5 Materia now that it's easy to get) "BiS" is a little more negotiable.
