agree with dubont, only thing happening is u remove killing mobs with more setting up, running back and forth grabing leves and doing nonsense. it don't fit for sp'ing now we got people that only do leves cause they make up for all the running around and making of parties that it gives way lot of sp to do.
I think the main point of leves vs. grinding is that leves can be linked, and thus save you lots and lots of time. That's what I've heard, anyway.
I agreed on some stuff. But this dude... Is the worst attitude for mmo. Asking questions increases social interaction. It makes the game have a community. Saying "go to x website is lame excuse from lazy players. Part of the mmo experiance is teaching other what you know, pay it forward. It is hiw I learned ffxi as there was no such thing as wiki or zam. I wish there never was to be honest if this was the end result. What could you possibly have a question about? Also no...not everything needs to be explained upfront, at least not in the game. This is the reason why this site and these forums were made. THIS is where the info is. Don't like it? Leave. As far as my attitude...don't like it? Leave lol.
If people have honest questions, I'm willing to answer them. Honestly, 2 weeks after launch, there was a guy that didn't know how to move, talk or even attack. I spent 3 hours with the little falaffle, teaching them every basic thing about the game. If you ask a question, I will answer it, but don't you dare blame your lack of knowledge on SE. It's not their fault that you don't take the time to look at the official site, let alone ask someone in game.
Its lazier to not help someone then forcing someone off a game to look up a website that tells you how to play from a devs pov then a playes. A players pov on the game is more accurate. If people have honest questions, I'm willing to answer them. Can't wait till ps3 ppl come in and some not having any PC. I only have my ps3 too log into the net. And I'm not logging off every time I need a question replied.
Thank you so much Dobunt!
What were we without you!
I totally agree, ingame tutorials and ingame help/info is totally retarded and
totally needless, right? Coz we have can ask you if we need to know something.
And those retarded ps3 players simply can put a computer next to their couch so
they can look up things on forums.
I think SE should hire you, seriously

Leves: 30k+ sp in an hour but it can only be done every 36 hours and it doesn't require much as far as community.
Grind: Until guides are made, I'm guessing about 10k an hour for a decent grind group. There are no limitations to how much you can grind and it requires a party to be efficient.
If you compare the 2 after 36 hours of gameplay, what do these give you? Based on a straight 36 hours of playing:
Leves: Between 25k and 50k sp.
Grind: In a solid group, between 200ksp and 360ksp.
Now, say you only have an hour to play per day...After 1 hour of play
Leves: 25-50k SP with the right group.
Grind: 10-15k sp with the right group.
You can obviously see that leves are better right? Now lets take into account that leves only reset every 36 hours. Day 2
Leves: Still the same
Grind: 20-30k SP.
Still, leves seem better correct? Well, as far as SP goes, yes, but let's say that one day, you have a day off so you can play that entire day!. Let's say you play 1 straight day for...10 hours
Leves: 25-50k.
Grind: 100-150k
