The other alternative is kicking them and move on, and people seem adverse on that for using the vote kick for weeding out those specific players.Problems and arguments like these are the offspring of the random matching system. Since most people you will most likely never meet again, they don't give a sh$t. They wanna get their exp/loot and good riddance. Now if duty matches were server based "bad players" would have gotten weeded out and blacklisted a long time ago, and behaviors like these would not exist. People would make "sure" they bring their top notch performances every time or risk getting shamed.
The solution? Suck it up, things won't change, it's not worth losing your marbles every time you get a sucky player, either abandon duty or move on.
