real world clothes please (aka glamours)

Dont get me wrong, i absolutely love the fantasy style clothing in this game. But i wish there were more "normal" options.
There's already a good pair of shorts, but i would do almost anything to see something like a t-shirt or a hoodie.
The glitz and glam are nice and all, but i want my WoL to look comfy while hes out saving the world.
Have a npc merchant called foreign fashion advisor or something.

Thay already did that on Final Fantasy XV, but, in that game suits. On FFXIV would be a bit weird... Most of the enviroments are medieval-like, an some Sci-Fi like Azys Lla. On the other hand, if it is only glamour, maybe won't be too bad.

Well, I would welcome something that is highly reminiscent of these modern designs...but I'm not sure how I'd feel about a regular T-shirt with an ascian printed on it and the words "Dorkness for lyfe" on the back.

Euhm. I personally really dislike that. I would rather there be a "theme". The bikini and such is stretching it long enough in my mind.

But I doubt, even if they allowed a hoodie and some jeans-like clothing, they'd ever stoop to Tera like levels. They have a fair enough balance in GW2 with some modernlike clothing pieces, but not enough to completely destroy the overall style of the game.

I think there is a point where glamour type stuff goes overboard. Sure it's fun if they have premium style clothing to buy or earn in game and I'd love to see more variety beyond event stuff and in game crafting options but some games *cough* Tera *Cough* take it way too far where people are running around in shorts with a hot dog on their head and a knife and fork for a weapon while riding around in a police car. It completely destroys the immersion of the world especially for people who RP and things like that.
