I saw it once but I only use daily Roulette since I unlocked the new Ex. Rolled a 4 and said "4. and I'll probably never see that drop again" and I haven't.
I saw it drop once. I only noticed it had dropped after I left without rolling on it. I was annoyed with myself.
Not that I would've won it anyways with my awful roll luck, but still.
Say it's a 1% droprate. That means on a given run, you have a 99% chance of not getting it. Over 68 runs, that translates to 99%^68 = 50.48% chance of not getting it, or a 49.52% chance of getting it in at least one of your runs. The more you run it, the greater your chances of getting it are, but it is still an extremely poor chance.
Abysmally low droprates are the main downside of pure RNG.

You'd be better off just buying it outright if you really, really want it. The price will go down in time - at least for a while - but even if you run the dungeon over and over there's no guarantee that it'll drop. Even if it does you need to roll against three other players which can just lead to frustration and burnout.

Consider what things sell for, just farm money for it? If you've already spent like so many hours you said trying to get it to drop, whats just a handful more where you are assured to get it just by farming for money?
If you don't have any kind of crafting or gathering leveled, it's still easy enough. Just unlock a gatherer for the first time and go gather crystals/shards and sell them. In a few hours you'll have your pet. I know just "one more run" of that dungeon and it could drop but thinking like that is why people go broke in vegas...I mean, if I read correctly you haven't seen it drop after all those runs, correct? You know you still have to win the roll if it did drop!
