    Region Locking servers to stop RMT?

    Like many other players, I am sick of getting inundated with /tells from these RMT clowns. I am wondering if SE could consider locking servers by region. What I mean is North American servers playable only by North American consoles & PCs, Euro servers by Euro consoles/PCs, and so on. My guess is that this would get around the IP address spoofing tactics from these Chinese criminals.

    I'm not sure myself if this would be effective or not, but I'm at my wits end with this RMT trash.

    That's not a solution. VNP can fix that and also, RTM are not all from china. And more importan thing, a lot of players forced to change server an not be able to go with his firends. Won't fix anything, and the consecuences will be too high.

    No thanks. I enjoy having EU players around and don't see how this could possibly help.

    Besides, then my static would have to look for another Scholar since ours is German.

    Playing from Australia would mean I'd be stuck on Europeans servers, so that's a bad idea. It's not hard to spoof your IP, why would the RMT have any trouble doing so?

    Just lock-out connections from china, because they have their own version.
    Better than lock-out EU players from NA servers (NA and EU servers are part of the same game version).

    You must not know how the internet works if your making such a suggestion; because 99% of them use hacking programs and VPNs so it wouldn't even matter.
