Mine was one that said what your IP, ISP and browser is, but its only shows the details of the person reading it, if you and I see it the information is differant, just seems like the mods dont know how that information is obtained and shown, and they wont reply to me.

To a person that doesn't understand how that kind of stuff works, it could be a pretty scary thing to see. The purpose of that kind of thing is mostly to make people think they're being spied on. It's considered to be another form of trolling.

It probably wasn't the moderators, but the hundreds of people who "don't know how that information is obtained and shown" that you successfully trolled with that signature and reported you for it.
