BLM will be the new SMN with this change, mark my words.

People cry BLM is horrible in PvP, but I am here to say that a BLM who played properly even as things are now was able to keep up with a melee DPS in damage, as well as get CC's off.

Source: Was on a BLM for an entire 4 minute match, BLM still did 72k dmg to Monk's 75k. His own melee DPS was even lower iirc.

I don't like the idea of delegating brd and mch to a poor mans Blm if they don't even have the capacity to harass casters anymore.

Agreed. Now our only viable interrupt is blunt/mch equivalent and maybe emp/Gauss round. Part of being able to carry games was knowing when to switch and sit on a healer to put pressure on their heal success/output.

All honesty, I thought it was ridiculous I could just shut a caster down buy building procs on MCH while waiting for my burst to refresh, and we still have Feint, and that is the go to caster shut down anyway, on GCD even with GB up.

Sorry I want PvP to be viable and competitive at the top level. If you want casual PvP there's unranked 8v8 and Frontlines. No need to balance the ranked mode based on new players' feelings
