It's Blanket Statements like this that kill me, I'm saving this post till I get home so I can post my screenshots from the PS4(kills me I can't go on XIVPVP for Feast stats yet) to show you how wrong you are.

Unfortunately, I have not seen a Machinist impress me to prove this opinion wrong. This is with around 200 match experience as well. Do note that the whole point of the Ranged DPS section was to show that SMN's are the undisputed best class to have. If you seriously think MCH's are better than SMN then you don't deserve another response from me or anyone here for that matter.

As a MCH who easily cracks 120k while promoting for 30% of the match for healer MP, and multiple matches where I am 6/0-2/8-13 leaving the kits for my healers & melee,

As stated above, you missed the main point of the Ranged DPS section. Also, if you didn't know, Bards can hit much higher than a MCH can. I've seen a few BRD's hit 180K just as an example. I'm sure there are some that can breach 200k.

-Also, K/D/A doesn't mean much in FFXIV. I have a SS of my WHM with a kill. Does that mean he did the work? No.

this makes me question your opinion on everything else, and makes me believe you're not qualified to write "summaries".

So you're going to discredit everything I said because of my MCH comment? To me, it doesn't sound like you have much experience in PvP if you think MCH's are better than SMN/BRD. And before you say it, yes I do know you have not said that MCH's are better, but you are HEAVILY implying it with that defensive post.

-120k DPS is nothing compared to the DPS of SMN's and BRD's.
-If you need to use promote for your healer, your healer is doing something wrong or your team can't kill players fast enough causing the healer to burn more MP on heals. Hint hint.

*Also, relax. The MCH comment was a joke since everyone calls them crap. Can't believe someone got so defensive over it lol.
