Crafting log interface suggestion

I'm pretty sure "Search for item by crafting method" was the first item on the list prior to the last patch. Now you have to scroll and it's stupid.

I would like to be able to go back to the original piece I was looking at if I used this option. Like "hey, I need to make these nuggets first"...*makes nuggets*..."now I'm going to go back to finish what I wanted to craft instead of searching for it all over again".

Yes, it was first on the list. The crafting community hated it being first in the list because Checking inventory for materials is needed more often.
SE responded by changing the order.

Search for Item is by far the most used function. It was painfull when they added that at the top of list, this was QoL improvement and it would be a big step backward to change it back. Search for item by crafting method is a fine feature, but further down the list.

I agree on the viewing crafting log while synthing though, it would be nice to look ahead and double check materials for the next synth.
