Isn't there just as many new people on the other teams?

I'm a bard and I solo others all the time. Granted, I'm one of the very few that are not shit. You're not going to win, when the healer runs right into the center of the arena and /sits because they got killed once, and blames everyone around them because they're the scrub who couldn't heal through the damage a single bard does. Just a bard. Not even a bard plus another player. They got soloed by a bard.
Bards are heavily underestimated in pvp. I also eat summoners for breakfast without them being able to do anything at all against me.

Honest truth, I actually alternate between doing the Feast as a Bard and a Warrior. I've blown up several people quite well as a Bard, and damn do I love the sounds a Misery's End makes, followed by the ding of a kill. Had one 8v8 match where I went 13/1/15. Sounded like a pinball machine. But in this case, it wasn't a good bard killing them, they really were just an absolute garbage healer. The specific scenario in question, we were all fighting in the middle, as you do, and the healer decided to split off, away from everyone else, and sprint back to our base, with no support, and got soloed.
I main a Bard as well in solo. It's tiring hearing the party whine about having me in their party, or just getting the "gg, no dps" in chat before the match begins...
...then at the end of the match I'm sitting at 7/0/8 with 200k+ plus damage and covered in smn or blm tears. I can just taste their salt as they immediately leave the instance before I get a chance to tell them to take their shoes off before they insert them into their mouths.
But in their defence, a majority of the Bards people come across in PvP have no idea that Warden's Paean is life, play foes for a party of drgs or spam Wide Volley like they're defending nodes. -_-

First team for the feast, less than 20 pvp matches played overall, first comment in the chat "you guys better be pvp'ers". Didn't bode well lol
I have not readed all the post in this thread, but my question is, how Im supposed to learn to PVP? I mean I have queued to frontlines but in my opinion thats a quite chaotic place to learn is there any option for me without hinder everybody?(also avoid unnecesary LoL attitude)

Yeah, there is - there's an unranked mode near the top (the highlighted option). In that mode, there's redundancy for all players - no matter what role you're learning, you'll be with other players of your chosen type.
Learning through that mode will teach you the basics of your class, which everyone should have before entering 4v4.
Out of my 40 solo queues, I've only legitmately gotten angry at my party twice, and it's for something that's not exclusive to PvP ; Ignoring calls and lacking basic awareness. Like, bad enough to the point that a DRK thinks he can harass an AST, or everyone thinking it's a good idea to leave the BLM alone.

Yes, but as the percentage of unloseable/unwinnable games goes up, there are fewer fulfilling games and it becomes harder to increase your rank.
You have to win 51% of your games, straight up, to advance to the next rank. If a third of your games have a dud on one of the two teams (17% auto-win + 17% auto-loss), you're only able to affect two thirds (66%) of your matches. but you're still at an effective 0% win rate of the 50% needed. You need to win 5 out of 6.6 of your "real" matches (~75%) to steadily advance to tier, or simply get lucky once you grind up to 900.
Is it as high as 17% (one in five, or so)? Probably not. But even one-in-ten still means you have to win 5 out of 8 matches (62.55) rather than 50%.
