    Moar Feast Feedback: 100 Matches Played

    So here I finally reach my milestone of 100 matches to give a solid constructive feedback about the feast.

    before I begin I will like to clear out that the person talking is Sebaron Rivail and not Amaris I'm just borrowing my Girlfriend account to drop the feedback

    If it wasn't obvious by now SE this system currently doesn't work with the current implementation for these matches. SOLOmatches currently rely to much on LUCK and this by any means prove how good a player is, some times you get good parties sometimes you just don't hit one, this system currently causes more frustration and discouragement than making you want to step in again. This is coming from someone who since I hit bronze I've never even been close to 600.

    I know there's some of you out there who got silver, but still this doesn't do the justice for it is actually meant to be.

    BUT...

    This system is not all bad. Currently for LIGHT PARTY this system is almost perfect because it really does show that the party earned this ranks, the win25, loose 25 system it's a big plus for competitive gameplay.

    Why almost...

    I say almost, because I do believe these rankings should be earn not as individuals, but as a current Party. these PVP modes are not Call of duty, we are not a 1 man army, we work together as a group to overcome the enemy, I think there should be some sort of system where players can register the groups they are fighting with and that groups are the ones that will win the prizes on the leaderboards in the future.

    but that is just my opinion.


    SOLO

    This mode will not do any good to anyone who steps on it currently simply doesn't work however: I think there's something that should be done instead...

    Right now there's no way in hell anyone in any server will earn a diamond ranking...there's just no way or you are just extremely lucky and for the rest of the 99.9% of the people will be a surreal dream. I believe the ranking system can work in solo, but only if the 25/-25 system is eliminated from the solo rankings...

    This will not only solve the current frustration and terrible rankings, but it will also encourage players to always come back every season to achieve their diamond rankings, I don't know how many matches you need to achieve diamond, but if it's somewhere around 200-500 or more I think it will be beneficial for everyone.

    new season, new people jump in to get their seasonal diamond ranks to get their new glamour or whatever it's to show off to people " hey I pvp a lot" This will actually do wonders for the pvp comunity as there will always be people coming back.



    Gameplay

    I think the feast is excellent, addicting, fun and very strategic which is just awesome. now there's a few thing here that doesn't fit with me.

    1. why is the enemy allowed to literally go to the opposite team Spawn zone, camp there and kill anything that moves from there?, there should be a barrier or limit or a "risk" for coming to enemy territory. its a little absurd imo.

    2. why is either "solo" or a "full party" I haven't yet seen a game aside from this one that doesn't allow you to join battle with a friend, maybe I dont want to go with 4 people maybe I just want my girlfriend to heal me while we both play together ranking together... you are too afraid pt will discourage people but the current frustration has discourage more people than it did before.

    3. randomize maps? idk i think leaving the folds map to waste it's a litlle silly it should be good if we could just have more than 1 single small map for the rest of the pvp till 6, 8 months from now.

    4. AST needs a small debuff.

    My feedback is that the match depends about 80% on the healer. It is really just rng of whether or not you get a good healer. I have been healing mostly, and my win rate as healer is pretty high, but when I queue non healer I usually get a brand new or unpracticed healer and we lose on 15 seconds, it kind of sucks

    Depends on good dps also. I had so many games where dps couldn't bring a target below 70% hp.

    Like Konage said it doesn't always rest on the healers, it's true tho that as a healer you can carry much more than a dps or tank would be everyone has to put their part in order to win. on the same note, it's true that healers get a higher win% than a dps or tank, I' curently sit at 40% while my gf is at 60% and I can say that she's darn good at healing.

    Like i said in diffrent thread its bad because 95% of player base is on rank bronze ... and SE makes it that way that you need 51%+ winrate ratio to pass bronze rank, which is maybe OK for premade 4v4 but not 4v4 solo. Therefore everybody is sitting on bronze, so thats why you are getting paired with bad players afkers and so on.

    Solution is to spread more players across ranks regarding their skill. For example:
    Bronze to Silver... 30%+ winrate needed (+25win / -12loose)
    Silver to Gold .... 40%+ winrate needed (+25win / -18loose)
    Gold to Platinum .. 50%+ winrate needed (+25win / -25 loose)

    We have 5 ranks in game, so why not use them?
