I don't have any people I consider friends on the game and I'm enjoying myself just fine.

I'm easily amused and a recluse by nature, though.

This game? Yeah. Duty finder can fix you a group, there will always be parties farming fates etc. But the truth is, almost every MMO is more fun with someone else. I mean, I could play it alone, but why when I have such a good laugh when I get on ts for dailies?

I wouldn't have nearly as much fun playing this game if I didn't have a great group of friends and acquaintances.

I have friend with neigbor by emotes and auto-translate >_> (Unfortunately for spouse as well but can speak a little english).

Do you mean, play completely by yourself with no other interaction? No. You have to do duty finder to progress the MSQ. If you mean no friends but random people in dungeons are fine, then yes you can but I agree it would be boring. MMOs (and multiplayer games in general) are always more enjoyable with friends. (IMO)

It's super boring without friends. A lot of MMOs can be, but this one takes the cake; possibly because there is no global/trade chat, so you can't just hop into conversations with the server and see what happens (you have to be in idyllshire for that).

I think most people are fine with having Idyllshire Shout Chat sealed within the confines of Idyllshire.

Heaven knows the GMs are probably grateful for that as well.

I certainly don't know the numbers of who is or is not fine with it, but as I am not reclusive by nature, I would prefer a bustling world chat.

(Forgive me for assuming you are one who is fine with no world chat based on your earlier response in this thread. I will recant if I am incorrect in my assumption.)

Depends on you really. I usually go through MSQ and leveling all alone, with the occasionally duty finder roulette, and it's quite satisfactory (i chat with people FC/linkshell though). Now end-game that is another story, although i haven't reached it yet i don't want to do it only with pugs, so friends/FC/Linkshell mates are a must to make this game, or any other mmorpg, fun to play at that point.
