    /comfort

alchemist could make some max stat potions at least. but youll probably have to farm your own powdered merman horn. I personally dont want to spend more then 50kish per hq

Only had 5m, since you cant craft new recipes without all 180/170 gears I am locked out from any new crafting. All I would need for weaver is offhand so decided to break down and get the mats to attempt to make it. Spent 2.5m on mats, and that was even with using red scripts not buying dryads. Wasnt looking good so used reclaim and... got none of my mats back. So lost half my gil and got jack all for it. From the beginning wether doing it purely through red scripts or by trying to craft them I havent had any hope of getting the best crafter sets, and this patch has just stuck its finger in the wound

3.2 may be good for crafters who were rolling in more gil then they'd need anyway but for the rest of us all SE keeps doing is screwing us over more and more in ARR I could make my characters glamours and armors, but in HW I cant do **** for myself or anyone else. And each patch makes that worse.

SE can go **** themselves. When my subs up I wont be giving them any more of my RL money.

Yea, current patch def has been great to me, after the market drought in 3.1, i've made 600million since patch 3.2 launched two weeks ago (yes, 600), and now sitting on a grand total of 768mil. i think if sale momentum continue to keep pace, capping my gil at a biliion is realistic.

What is actually selling on your server? I'm making WVR and CRP gear and I've sold exactly one necklace for 1.5m. Looking at L-side gear a piece or two will sell every day, but it's damn slow. I can't imagine anyone making 600m in a few days on Famfrit. There's just no market

I agree with the OP. The specialist system and class-specific gear is the best thing to ever happen to this game as far as crafting goes.

I've made so much gil and made so many friends through making materials for them I wouldn't trade this for the world. Thank you SE, ignore the haters and please keep specializations just how they are!

Wow that's quite an accomplishment, you must be crafting non-stop. I thought my 30 mil was impressive. XD

Look on the bright side, cul and alchemist don't even have to go above level 55 crafts to make lots of gil. Just have to make things in bulk heheh.

In the first 24 hours, my i220 Jewerly was selling at a flat 3.2 million each, I was the only seller on the market, so that racked up 200 million easily in 24 hours. Combine that with the astral oil boom, which accounted for a significant portion. The server competition didnt enter the market till about a good 36 hours after patch 3.2. By that time I amassed close to 400m. Since then its slowed down, but I've lowered prices and still manage to clear 15-20mil a day. I expect buisiness to stall soon though.

The new crafted gear has a higher item level than anything that existed prior to 3.2's release. This is the first time that has ever happened (if you don't count 3.0 launch, which isn't a fair basis for comparison because the required levels are different.) That's pretty big right there since people could buy into an actual immediate upgrade no matter how well geared they were before.
The fact that the materials are loads easier to acquire compared to the last couple of rounds of endgame crafted gear doesn't hurt either.

i love it.. dont have to wait on any dam gatherer to buss style on me and get mats for me to craft when they feel like it...that entire gated crafting behind the fact you had to gather fav nodes trash needs to disappear.. even now there are hardly any ooids or mats to craft the few gears that matter. .. also specialist system still a waste ... need to get rid of that useless shit...and yea server profit been nice from 3.2 till now 250,mil new reasons to say hell yea to this patch. and others made more than me so......gl to you all before it crashes
